Conditions of participation for the Cumulus prize draw

Organiser of the prize draw

The organiser of the prize draw is Migros Bank AG, Seidengasse 12, 8001 Zurich.

Eligibility

All persons who reside in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein and are aged 18 or over are eligible to take part. Only one entry into the prize draw per person or household is possible. Employees of companies directly or indirectly involved in the prize draw are excluded from participation.

Conditions of participation and course of the competition

The closing date for participation is 8 December 2024. To take part in one of the prize draws, you must open a new M+ private bank account with Migros Bank AG between 9 September 2024 and 8 December 2024. In addition, when opening the M+ bank account, a valid Cumulus number must be specified and the M+ bank account must show a positive balance (account balance greater than CHF 100) up until the date of the prize draw. If you fulfil these three conditions, you will automatically be entered into the next prize draw of the competition. If you do not wish to be entered, you can opt out here.

The prize draws will be held on 10 October 2024, 11 November 2024 and 10 December 2024. The winners will be drawn at random. Multiple entries are not permitted.

The winners will be informed by e-mail. The prize will be credited to the specified Cumulus number with the Cumulus monthly statement in the form of blue points. The points are valid for two years after being issued. Cash payment in lieu of the prizes is not possible. For the prize draws on 10 October 2024 and 11 November 2024, the blue points will be credited on the monthly statement for January 2025. For the prize draw on 10 December 2024, you will receive the blue points with the monthly statement for March 2025.

Price

The following Cumulus points can be won in October, November and December 2024: 1 x 100,000 (equivalent to 1 x CHF 1,000), 20 x 75,000 (equivalent to 20 x CHF 750), 35 x 50,000 (equivalent to 35 x CHF 500).

Other provisions

The decision of the organisers is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the prize draw – with the exception of a brief confirmation as to whether a participant has won or not.
