In your application for a Cumulus credit card, you have opted to collect Cumulus points for every purchase you make. In accordance with the card application, the collection of Cumulus points results in the following:When participating in the Cumulus bonus programme, Migros Bank AG is entitled to transmit master data, points credits, behavioural and transaction data (including details of cash withdrawals), among other things, to the Federation of Migros Co-operatives (MGB), the regional co-operatives and the respective subsidiaries (all respective «Migros companies»). The Migros company processes this data together with other data under its own responsibility in accordance with the Migros Privacy Notice (available at privacy.migros.ch), in particular for the purpose of providing a comprehensive and efficient customer advisory service, for assigning cards to existing Migros accounts, for carrying out and assessing incentive actions and for marketing purposes (e.g. information about the range of services offered by Migros companies). Cardholders may object to the transmission of behavioural and transaction data at any time via the web form (available at cumulus.migrosbank.ch/privacy).As the main cardholder or additional cardholder, you can oppose the transmission of transaction data (including details of cash withdrawals) by completing and sending this form to us.By opting to collect Cumulus points, in accordance with the card application, your points credits from the Cumulus credit card and any additional cards as well as master data will still be transmitted to the MGB.
